4. Loss, Damage, and Liability During Transportation
(1) Loss or Damage During Delivery
The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If the goods are obviously damaged or lost during transportation, the customer should contact us promptly within a reasonable period after receiving the goods or after the logistics status shows an abnormality, and provide necessary supporting materials, including but not limited to:
Logistics tracking number
Clear photos or videos of the damaged outer packaging and goods
Relevant certificates issued by the carrier (if applicable)
We will assist the customer in initiating an inquiry or claim process with the carrier according to the specific circumstances. However, since the transportation process is completed independently by a third-party logistics company, the final responsibility and compensation results for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier shall be subject to the carrier's policy.
(2) Losses due to no one signing for the package or incorrect address
We will not be liable for any failure to deliver, return, loss, or destruction of the goods due to the following reasons:
Incomplete or incorrect delivery address or contact information provided by the customer
Multiple deliveries without a signature
Customer refuses to accept the goods
Failure to cooperate with customs clearance or pay relevant fees in a timely manner due to the customer's reasons
The additional freight, reshipment costs, or loss of goods incurred as a result shall be borne by the customer. (3) Loss or Damage During Return Transportation
During the return process, the customer assumes all risk and responsibility for the goods before they are returned to our designated address. We strongly recommend that customers use traceable and insured logistics methods to return the goods and properly retain the logistics receipts.
If returned goods are lost, damaged, missing, or severely affect resale during transportation, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or only refund a portion of the amount, subject to the actual inspection results.

In the event of transportation interruption, delay, or loss of goods due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, epidemics, strikes, government or customs controls, etc.), we will provide assistance to a reasonable extent, but will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising therefrom.

Loss or Damage After Signing for Delivery
If the logistics information shows successful delivery, subsequent loss, theft, misplacement, or damage caused by human error is generally not the responsibility of this website. This website can assist with inquiries but does not guarantee the results or compensation.
Loss During Return Transportation
If goods are returned using the return methods specified on this website and are lost during return transportation, we will process a refund or replacement based on the circumstances after confirmation by the logistics company.
If the customer chooses their own logistics company for return, the customer bears the transportation risk. In the event of loss or damage, this website reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
